A great college experience depends on many factors; one is becoming involved in campus groups and clubs. The Department of Political Science, Criminal Justice and Organizational Leadership sponsors local chapters of national student organizations that are affiliated with different programs of study.

 

National Organizations

Student Clubs

  • Public Administration Student Society - for graduate and undergrate students interested in Public Service/Administration. For more information contact mpa@nku.edu.
  • Model United Nations Club - provides students and the ¿ªÐÄ¹í´«Ã½ community a greater understanding of how the United Nations works. Through the Model U.N. Club, members will enhance international understanding and develop educational and practical experiences in world politics. The Model U.N. Club will be the venue for building an art of peaceful negotiation among potential national and international leaders in the world.
  • Mock Trial Team - Open to students interested in developing their skills in debate, organization and teamwork. Its members serve in all capacities at trial (witnesses, attorneys, etc). This organization is supported by the surrounding legal community and the judiciary. Law Schools report that Mock Trial is being seen as a very positive extra curricular activity for applicants.
